Busy

We just got home from our first blueberry picking outing. They are amazing berries this year. Handfuls of huge ones would slide off each branch. We got 23.4 pounds in 2 hours!! I'll freeze most and make jam with some. We're going to go back out two more times this week in hopes of getting enough to freeze close to 52 pint before we leave for our big summer trip. We all love frozen blueberries and want to be able to eat a pint a week all year.

We got ties and a sport coat for Riley at Goodwill today. They look adorable.

We got out to pick blueberries 2 more times before leaving for out trip and picked a total of 55 pounds. It's not quite 52 quarts, but it is quite a bit.
