We reversed directions a few weekends ago and rather than heading to 14,400 feet on Mt. Elbert as planned, we went down in altitude to Nebraska. Andy's family had been there helping out his grandpa, so we headed over to see what we could do to help clean up his house as well. His wife, Connie, has been in the hospital or nursing home since this past Easter, so taking care of the house while trying to drive back and forth to see her everyday has been low on the priority list. Being our first time to cross the Nebraska state border we, of course, had to pull off for a picture.
